Please note that while we strive to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe, factors such as high demand and holidays might occasionally lead to delays. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible! Our goal is to keep you informed and ensure a seamless shopping experience. All product prices on the webshop are exclusive of shipping costs.
We are not responsible for the delivery of orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries confirmed by the carrier that were stolen or damaged after delivery.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
The shipping costs are visible during the checkout process. The amount of shipping costs is determined based on the total weight of the package and the destination country. Delivery times within Europe are on average 1 to 4 days, depending on your chosen transport method. The current delivery time will be confirmed via email or SMS, which also includes tracking information. Don't see your country in our shipping destinations? We send orders with DHL courier worldwide. Some countries may not be present in our shipping destinations due to current legislative nicotine regulations. If shipping information to your country is not listed on our website, we invite you to contact us at hola@icyshop.es to get more info and a quote. icyshop.es is not liable for lost shipments or shipping delays; please contact the courier service if this occurs.
Discrete Shipment Policy
For all shipments outside the European Union, we provide the commercial invoice to the customs office of the country of destination. icyshop.es is not liable for any restricting measures taken by authorities of the destination country.
Customs Clearance
Please note, we are not responsible for orders that are confiscated or delayed due to customs clearance. We recommend checking the import regulations of your country before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Return and Exchange
Please note that the return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. In the case of exchanging the product, the reshipping is covered by our side (after the returned products are received and inspected by the warehouse).
